Your app and server

Your iPhone or Android app pairs with your own private Soulmate server, operated for you. Features and availability may change during the preview. Any fees are agreed separately.

Use it responsibly

Use Soulmate lawfully. Respect other people’s privacy and the terms of websites and services you use. Do not use it to harm others or gain access without permission.

WhatsApp has its own terms. The app’s consent states that linking Soulmate is not allowed by those terms and WhatsApp could ban your number, possibly permanently. Read that consent before choosing to link.

Check what matters

AI can be wrong. Check important information and decisions yourself. You remain responsible for what you ask Soulmate to do and for actions you approve.

Web tasks and connected accounts

Soulmate works for you on websites using a cloud browser. You approve sign-ins and steps that pay, send, delete or commit you. Review each request before approving it.

The Google connection coming soon reads email, calendar events and contacts. It never sends or changes email. Calendar changes require your approval of the exact change. The privacy policy explains the permissions and data use.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided as is, without warranties, as far as the law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every answer or task will be correct. These terms do not remove rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Ending the service

You may ask to end your service by email. The service may also be ended if you misuse it or the preview ends. When the service ends, we delete your server and its data. The privacy policy explains how we keep or delete encrypted backups and saved website sign-ins.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will make the updated terms available here and change the effective date. Contact jneaimi@tridenits.com with questions.
